Florta
The Autumn Breeze WeatherGen
Florta, represented autumn and light breezes. Her name was a variation (I think) of "flora" - which is Latin for flowers. Her ident is always a little sad as she starts of with a beautiful head full of leaves, only for them to all blow away leaving her with bare branches on her head!
Florta was played by a then unknown mixed-race model who was just starting out on her modelling career. Sadly we don't have any other information on her. If anyone does know, please get in touch so this page can be expanded.
In my books Florta's powers are strongest during the autumnal equinox. She has the ability to make leaves fall from all deciduous trees and brings the glorious colours of autumn, along with light breezes. The tree on her head erupts with colourful pink blossoms during spring, green leaves in summer, before shedding in autumn and leaving her with bare branches in winter. Florta is a dreamy and creative WeatherGen who cares deeply for plants and trees.
